Chelét Bleyl is a dedicated family medicine PA-C specializing in asthma and allergy. She has experience in mental health, hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, and women’s health. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Utah and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, where she also completed a Doctorate of Medical Science (DMSc).
Chelét leads with empathy and is committed to ongoing learning and professional development to best serve her patients. Her passion for helping others was sparked by her personal experience supporting her children through their own health conditions, particularly allergies and asthma. This journey fueled her dedication to helping others and allows her to build meaningful relationships with patients and provide personalized patient care.
A Utah native, Chelét has also lived in California and North Dakota, but Utah remains her favorite. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family, often at her children’s sporting events. In her free time, she loves watching Harry Potter or Pirates of the Caribbean movies, reading “The Count of Monte Cristo,” and listening to music. Her happy place is a sunny beach, indulging in rocky road ice cream.
Dr. Carmack grew up in central Indiana, received a BS in Biochemistry with a minor in Sociology from Indiana University in 1997, and graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2001. She completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Women and Children.
Dr. Carmack enjoys all that Utah has to offer from skiing, hiking trail running, and cycling to touring local farmer’s markets. She is also an avid swimmer and swam competitively in high school.
Dr. Fox grew up in Eden Prairie, a small suburb of Minneapolis. She completed her undergraduate education at Bethel College and her Medical School and pediatric residency training at Tulane University in New Orleans. Dr. Fox is a board certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Fox enjoys Utah with the beautiful mountains and four seasons. Her hobbies include swimming, hiking, and visiting Utah’s outstanding National and State Parks. She also enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Dr. Frick grew up in Brooklyn, New York. He recieved a BS in Biology from State University of New York (SUNY) College at Oneonata, and graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center with his MD and a PhD degree in Developmental Neuroscience. He completed a Pediatric Residency at St. Christophers Hospital for Children and a fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Frick has also had several research papers published on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Dr. Frick moved to Utah in 2019 from New Jersey to take advantage of the great outdoor lifestyle offered here. He and his family enjoy hiking, camping, mountain biking, boating and skiing.
Melissa spent her early years in Arizona and the San Juan Islands in Washington. She graduated with her Bachelor’s in American Studies from BYU. She completed her postgraduate sciences at UVU and graduated with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
She has experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, preventative and lifestyle medicine, nutrition, weight loss, bioidentical hormone management, women’s health, and family medicine.
Melissa enjoys exploring Utah, as well as dancing, swimming, hiking, and spending time with her husband, five children, and a new granddaughter. Her hobbies are reading, puzzles, learning about other cultures and laughing.
